 Thermoformed plastic trays are designed to accomodate the maximum number of components, ensuring safety during transit.  Stackable trays are designed for Inserts in a separate carton or stackabilty in a Bin or Pallet resulting in economical logistics.  These type of Bin Separator Trays are normally formed in High Impact Polystyrene sheets ranging from 0.5 mm thickness to 3 mm thickness.

 Anti-static plastic packging is a must for electronic industries,   Static Electricity is the biggest problem area for sensitive electronic components.  If the Positive Ions in the plastic packaging is  nuetralised by anti-static compounds, the packed electronic component can safely reach its destination. We start mold making with Fast prototyping using quick and economical material like wood,epoxy.  On preliminary approval by clients, we fine tune the prototype for three dimensional modelling and mold making. 

We use modern manufacturing methods like CNC Milling, CNC EDM, and other tool room equipments.  Most of our molds are made out of aluminium as it is the choice of material in thermoforming mold making.
